A design system and storefront for a modular furniture brand.
Formato sells modular shelving and tables configured to the centimetre. Their old store was slow and hard to change, and every new product needed a developer.

Challenge
Product pages combined complex options, prices and delivery times. The marketing team wanted to build new pages without waiting for development sprints.
Approach
I built a component library with the design team, covering everything from price tables to configurators, then assembled the storefront from those components with clear documentation.
Result
The marketing team now publishes new product pages on their own. Page weight dropped by more than half, and mobile conversion improved noticeably in the first quarter.
